The report is structured in three parts, the context; regional findings and recommendations; and country reports which cover country specific findings and recommendations.
The regional recommendations will be used as the basis for developing regional initiatives to align qualifications, graduate training approaches, registration processes and the like, while the recommendations in the country reports should be used to drive national policy changes to address local engineering related bottlenecks identified.
